OsteoCare Implant

OsteoCare™ offers a wide variety of dental implant designs that cover all clinical situations. These comprise of Maxi Z One-Piece, Mini / Midi one-piece (post type & ball type), plus the versatile two piece implants of Maxi Z, Classic Advanced & Advanced. These implants are designed to simplify the surgical protocols of placement, limiting the requirements of sophisticated bone-grafting and regenerative techniques.

A dental implant is a titanium metal rod which is placed into the jawbone.  It is used to support one or more false teeth.  In practice, both the false teeth and their supporting rod are known as ‘implants’. In order to support replacement teeth, dental implants normally have some form of internal screw thread or post space that allows a variety of components to be fitted. Once fitted, these components provide the foundation for long-term support of crowns, bridges or dentures.

Dental implants look and perform like natural teeth and have become a treatment of choice for people whose teeth are missing or failing. Implants mimic your real teeth from the root to the whole tooth and so once you’ve had them fitted there is no need to treat them any differently.  Also, if you are only having a few implants fitted, they do not affect your healthy teeth at all, unlike bridges
